I came across this site from doing online research - fairly new to everything and just trying to understand the process and what I need to do to obtain my goals.
I'm in my mid-30s, 188lbs, looking to get back into my college shape. I'm not looking to "explode" in growth but any useful tips to shred fat and improve overall strength.
I'm enjoying the posts and all the great information the forum is putting out.
