I have a cutting cycle planned before my wedding in Mexico mid winter so I'm just trying to lean out naturally for the summer so I'm not looking like a fat slob on the beach or mowing my front lawn. I finished a bulking cycle last February so I'm trying to lean out as carefully as possible and keeping muscle loss to a minimum. That mean's no AM fasted cardio. While I find it works well, it works just as well for muscle catabolism. So I've been trying low impact cardio right after I lift. I've been doing this for 2 months now and it is not going well at all. I feel like I'm the same bodyfat with less muscle even. I wanted to post my diet on here and get someone else's point of view that maybe there's something in there I'm missing
