Well, in the USA I would bet you have to have a DEA number, or license number, but I don't know for sure. In any event, there has to be some safeguard.

they are still need a script to buy even for veterinary uses. The only thing you can get from a vet supplier is fine pellets and convert them yourself
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
