im 5-9 185 about 13 % bf been lifting for 4 years and im 24 years old will be 25 next month .

Your profile says you're 21 and you said you were 24 in another thread. So are you 24 next month or were you just lying in another thread or are you really 21?
There's obviously some untruthful information on your age which leads me to believe you're probably not old enough. Notice you have a bunch of threads asking about combating gyno and getting rid of gyno. You need to be careful man if you mess around with these things carelessly you're going to cause damage to yourself. I would start by getting BW and see what's going on, did you ever really get rid of the gyno you had in the past?
