    clen

    just a couple quick questions...

    1. is there any point in splitting your clen dose up, or just take it all at once??


    2. a friend of mine told me that you shouldn't be consuming any caffeine while on clen.. is this true?

    I couldn't do both in the start but once you get used to the clen I had one small energy drink a day but if I take clen in morn I couldn't have any pre work out or caffeine till arv

    But b careful with all stimulants

    Some people recommend spliting the dosage up when taking 120mcg but i dont know the reason why. I wouldnt be consuming any kind of energy at the same time as when you take the clen, if you take caffeine in the morning and clen in the afternoon i dont see an issue. Together avoid it just in case.

    the best way to avoid it all together is to avoid other stimulants completely during the two weeks your on clen

    I like clen. clen and proper diet along with very minimal cardio helped me drop bf so I could start my cycle. good luck to ya

    since clen as a 36 hour half life what would the benefit be in splitting up the dose?


    I take all mine in the am and I love my coffee. You gotta listen to your body. Some people can't take the sides while others are just fine. Start slow and listen to your body. If you hate the sides while drinking coffee, stop drinking coffee.

    Split the dose if you can't handle the sides of the full dose. I hated caffeine within 4 hours after taking clen.

    thanks, yeah i can handle the sides alright, they dont bother me. even after my pre workout drink, which is the only caffeine i consume.
    oh and btw coffee tastes like sh!t.
