I have been working out for about three years. I am 67in. I can raw max bench press 215 lbs. dead lift 315 lbs. squat 245 lbs. I am 23 years old. I have recently graduated from a university and I am unemployed. The gym is my new sactuary. I estimate about 12% body fat since I can slightly see my abs. I currently weight 153 lbs. I am getting ready to do my first ph cycle, thus the desire to be bigger, stronger, and better brought me to this forum. In the past, I've only meddled with ON whey, ON casein, beast creatine, and a pre-workout
