    Halo for her?

    Posting this here, as I don't have access to the female only forums... sorry if it's not in the right spot.

    Anyone tried this product? Any thoughts? Advice? Opinions? Thanks in advance -- mido

    Are you referring to halotestin? I ran one cycle. Strength gains and aggression levels are pretty crazy....unfortunately the gastric reflux was unbearable! I stopped after one cycle b/c the GI problems were too much.

    Ah - sorry I wasn't clear!

    I was referring to the PH Halodrol (sorry, apparently I'm so new I can't post with links) sold by ironmaglabs - under the product name 'halo for her'. It's not a 'female specific' product exactly, but seems like this is their 'women's version', in a lower dosage (the guys product, is halo extreme, same product, just a higher dose, I think).

    Wait for a reply from someone with specific information on this product and its affect on females,,,however in the mean time stay clear of purchasing any as PH's in general are usually way more trouble than their "real" counterparts and generally have more sides and also the potential for other serious health problems as they ( particularly these days when they need to be reformulated constantly to stay ahead of bans) lack the track record of things like Var etc.

    Others may feel differently but I think you will find that most of the vets around here are very wary of PH's these days.

    Thanks for your advice and I appreciate your honesty.... I will def proceed with caution and am only gathering info at this point. Unfortunately (as I'm sure is the case for many), the PHs/ grey market stuff are what's available to me. I agree with you - the real deal is better, tried and true. Unfortunately, not available to everyone.

    I'll continue weighing my options - there's still a lot I can do without the gear. I still have plenty of dieting down to do. Just trying to retain strength and performance (I'm not a bodybuilder/fitness competitor type hobbyist, I'm an athlete of sorts), while I lean a bit.. it's slow going.. patience.. patience...

    (Don't get me wrong, I do care how I look.. just don't have the goals to do fitness/figure or anything like that...)

    if thats you hanging in the avatar pic on your page i have to say im impressed (whatever thats worth) id say it wouldent be a far trip for your goals nomatter what direction you chose. nice work

    Aw, shucks. Thanks guys - yep, that's me... I specialize in hanging off of things. I'm a circus performer on the side - an aerialist. I do things like trapeze, etc. Not my full time gig - I have one of those boring day jobs too.

    So, physical appearance is def important. But, so too is strength and stamina.. that's my issue with trying to lean, I get weak... so trying to find the right balance of not cutting too drastically. Or maybe figuring out a better way to retain strength while cutting. Anyhoo - thanks again for the kind words.

    I don't know much either - I have read that it converts to oral Turinabol (Tbol, I guess?)- which I also know little about. If anyone else here has any interest, I found a log of a woman doing halo extreme on another forum that is interesting. Is it bad form to post a link to another forum on a topic?

    Hi there! I'm new here too I am currently on day 12 of a PH cycle. I am taking Helladrol , which I believe is a clone of Halodrol. The Halodrol for Her is exactly the same thing as Halodrol but in a smaller dose. I am taking 50mg a day, supporting with milk thistle and joint support (as well as my usual creatine, glutamine, protein and multi vitamins). So far my weight is up 7 pounds, very little water retention , mild joint pain, headache the first three days, some lethargy, solid strength gains and size gains (muscularity wise). I am a Figure Competitor so I am looking for the nice size gains in my lats and shoulder caps. So far this product is working for me as I want to keep my gains
    I want to keep my gains lean. I hope this gives you a little insight into a female on PH ...hard to find gals on it to talk to!

    Thanks for the info - so far, the few reports/logs I've seen by women using this product have been good. Did you ramp up the dosing, or did you start on 50 and stay? It is hard to find gals to talk to - so glad you are here

    I might open this up to the regular forum - but... I gotta admit, I know the guys want to be helpful... but usage of these products for men vs women is pretty damn different.

    Hi Mi Chan

    You're exactly right, the results, side effects , etc are different for men and women. My husband has done a cycle of PH before and my results almost seemed to come on faster. Not sure if it's for the fact that as women our testosterone levels are basically going from zero to sixty in a short amount of time whereas men already have higher levels to start out with. I am going to ramp up my dose to 75mg starting 3rd week for the last three weeks. I have a history of arthritis and my only symptom basically has been joint pain so we will see how the 75mg goes! In all of the research I have done on this PH, most folks say to do a 5 week cycle as the stuff doesn't "kick in" fully until the 2nd week. My lifts have all gone up quite a bit...most impressively my bench has gone up to 125lbs from 95lbs and squat from 185lbs to 235lbs ( which I can rep 10). I think you would be very pleased with strength gains which is important to you and for what you do!
