Basic blood works, what do I need done?

My Dr has agreed to me having some basic blood tests. Last time I asked for a Full Testosterone check all I got back was a bit of paper with just my Testosterone level on, just the 1 unlike many others on here who get a good 10+ different things checked whilst having bloods checked.

So! As I am low on Testosterone and need to find out what my E2 levels are aswell what do I ask for to be checked when I have my bloods done......We are talking about one very strict Doctor here who only got my Free Test checked on my last bloods.
