    33 yrs old 1st cycle need some knowledge....

    What's up, I am 33 yr old male 5'11" 175lbs med build. I have been wanting to cylce for a long time now, and finaly have the means to do so. I was a overweight teenager(streched skin)(love handles). I have been working out for about a year and a half with min change. I am toner, but I'm guessing I need to fill the skin in with muscle.

    I have a 10 week of
    boldenone
    Test E
    Dbol
    I was told to use
    1 ml test E and 1 ml boldenone every 3 1/2 days
    dbol every 12 hours to kick start

    I have been told that being 33 and never cycled I should see a dramatic change?

    Any knowledge will help!!

    yes you should see a change for sure!! but if your diet and training arnt perfect you won't keep any results!! also first cycle is always test only!! and I didn't read anything about you having a pct planned or an AI on hand!! .....how is your diet?

    This cycle is wrong for a couple of reasons.

    1. 10 weeks of Eq is not long enough to see what it will do for you. Same goes for the test e, but not to the extent of the Eq.

    2. For a first cycle you should be running test only.

    It's hard to say if 1cc every 3.5 days is a good dosage because you didn't list what the gear is dosed at.

    Yes, you will see gains and get stronger, but your diet is going to be the determining factor of your success with AAS. Diet, training routine, and gear (in that order) are what you get out of cycling.

    What are your goals? Do you want to put of alot of muscle/weight? If you haven't had much change in a year, your diet is probably off. Diet is more important than the aas themselves. If you don't eat right... when you come off you'll loose all your gains. It is highly recomended that you only use one compound for your first cycle. This way, if you have any bad side effects, you'll know what caused them. You won't have to dicontinue all 3 compounds or be wondering which one caused said sides. Testosterone is King and you really won't need anything besides that. You'll be amazed at your results from test alone. IMO, Boldenone/EQ really isn't anything to write home about. Hopefully your eating/training/sleeping habits are good, or else... cycling is pointless. Its smart to run an AI like Letro or Arimidex the entire cycle, or at least have some. I'm now a believer in HCG. I'd recommened saving the ddol and EQ, getting some HCG and an AI, and also getting everything you need for a proper PCT before you begin taking anything.

    Ok. No AI or Post on hand. Not sure what AI is. Have a good lean high protein diet set up. Never heard about running test first either. What is that all about.

    What would be your idea of a good diet? Goals are to get 10-15lbs muscle, and have definition.

    an AI is for estrogen control while your test levels are high, please look it up and research it. and the reason we run test only for the first time is because if you are taking multiple compounds, and if you start having major problems, you won't know what's causing it! and every cycle you will do will be test based so its good to see how your body reacts to just the test alone.

    -AI's
    -any compounds you plan on injecting into your body
    -healthy lean mass building diet

    do your homework....good luck

    a good first cycle is 400-600mgs per week
