what are the best movements for lower traps?
light weight reverse flys on decline bench - squeeze at the top.
bent over shrug, high cable row, standing row (think it called yates row?)
all slow and controlled, static holds are excellent on these exercises and and i like high reps for this too, when you get form correct you will really feel it trust me
