GH for HRT doesn't get much play on this forum. maybe in an anti-aging specific forum.
reason for this is the FDA is very very very harsh on GH usage. even dr crisler, a pioneer in male HRT, stopped using GH just because of the fed intervention. bad stuff.
it's practically never mentioned here and I don't really know offhand of any regulars on here who use it.
there are some things you could probably do to optimize your GH... but you can start by testing your IGF.

Like everyone said, it doesn't get much talk here but from what I heave read most guys would take 1.5-2iu/day (or 5 on 2 off) for HRT.
