    ECA + bulking diet?

    Right off the bat I know everyone on here is going to say "what a retarded idea you stupid noob, eca is for cutting not bulking". I am really just curious if anyone has ever actually tried it or not, and what the results have been. I am wondering what the net effects of doing this would be. This is how I hoep it would play out;

    + eating to bulk
    + minimimal cardio to bulk
    + eca stack
    = bulk with minimal fat gain?

    I am going to try this soon so I will let you all know how it goes. The only thing I am worried about is the eca killing the appatetite too bad to eat enough to put on size. So once again, anyone ever actually tried doing this? Let the flaming begin!!

    I don't think that you'll get flamed by anyone for trying to construct a rather reasonable line of thought.

    Like you proposed, you can eat over maintenance and do some cardio for mostly longevity purposes as opposed to loosing BW and introduce ECA to this equation to burn some fat. The downside would be the possibility of loosing your appetite due to the intake of ECA as you already indicated, so you will actually have to try and see this for yourself.

    a method im going to start this week is breaking the week down into diet phase/growth phase..

    mon-thu afternoon will be diet phase.. no carbs, high protein, depletion workouts 2 days, cardio..

    thu pm -sun will be growth phase.. high protein, high carb, heavy workouts low reps.. 500cal surplus (or so)

    basically UD2.0 lean bulk

    Only thing I could think of is using it pre workout for a stimulent to get some better results in the gym otherwise it's a counter productive idea. That being said why not try it and let us know how it goes.
