Right off the bat I know everyone on here is going to say "what a retarded idea you stupid noob, eca is for cutting not bulking". I am really just curious if anyone has ever actually tried it or not, and what the results have been. I am wondering what the net effects of doing this would be. This is how I hoep it would play out;
+ eating to bulk
+ minimimal cardio to bulk
+ eca stack
= bulk with minimal fat gain?
I am going to try this soon so I will let you all know how it goes. The only thing I am worried about is the eca killing the appatetite too bad to eat enough to put on size. So once again, anyone ever actually tried doing this? Let the flaming begin!!
