Men,
No suppliments in the routine so far. My diet is almonds, eggs, peanut butter, oats and fish 2-3 a week for dinner. I'm sure the weight is right. 163 5'9... I've been looking for a good increase on my run time and fuctional fitness. My goal is 17 minutes in 3 miles with a 20 lb pack. I've been able to complete 18:23 minutes without the pack but as I make gains, injuries seem to increase. Marathons aren't helping. I have a torn L calf muscle (3 months ago) from running, also a reconstructed ACL 6yrs ago on the same leg. I would like some advice. I was told this forum will me gain the knowlege needed to overcome my plateau.
