I have taken steroids in the past, but have always had the cycle given to me from a pro bodybuilder. I'm now not able to get his guidance anymore and need to be educated. I have used growth in the past with test, tren, dianabol, anadrol, and clen. I wish to do a 12-15 week bulking coarse, but know very little about PCT. My stats are 95kg, 30 years old, training 15 years, meso/ecto, 16% bf, 5-6 days a week training with weights. Competed in 5 bodybuilding junior - novice classes.
I know what I consider to be more than most but please give me some information on the following questions...
I am trying to bulk, and to my knowledge there are several different types of testosterones, each of which have a different rate of lasting in the system. Which is superior?
I understand you would use on which has an instant effect in conjunction with one which has a longer effect to ensure you do not have to inject all of the time, is this correct?
In this case would you start with both an instant effect test and a longer effecr test, then eventully stop taking the instant?
On the note of orals, do you take them all the way through the course (12-15 weeks) or just as a kick start?
Can you use orals throughout and do you have to alternate between different ones, if so why? I was thinking about cycling dianabol with anadrol.
With test what is a good stacker with it, I was thinking tren as I have not had any side effects in the past, would this be a good choice or is there a better option?
I was led to believe that clen opens receptor sites which allow more test etc to be flooded into the system, is there any evidence to suggest this?
With all of the above what dosages would you recommend, or if there is an alternative what dosages would you recommend?
Finally my fiancé competes in bodybuilding and it is becoming increasingly apparent that her completion is on juice! What suggestions for girls do you have?
