it's hard to find, expensive, and you are taking pills every 4 hours. plus not as effective as injecting and harder on the liver.
My doctor prescribes sub-lingual once or twice daily. Yeah they don't last long, and no clue how effective they are, was just told they are expensive, and thats enough for me considering test inject is cheap.
Balls, my doc can't prescribe shots, alleric to the gel and the patch is way to expensive off liscence.
Why can't he prescribe shots?Originally Posted by edmundo22

From what I`ve heard, you should not even consider it since it is so ineffective.
Where do you live? Sounds strange that he will not prescribe shots.
methyltestosterone is shit... forget about it if it's for TRT. too liver toxic, that kills it. then the dosing is much worse for the patient.
however, there is a longer lasting oral testosterone currently in clinical trial. not sure how far along it is, but suffice it to say, it won't be out for years (assuming it ever is). dosing for that drug would probably be twice a day or once daily. I think it's pretty exciting but I try not to think about it... because it won't be around for a long time!
I believe it is testosterone undecanoate.
here's a link to the trial for what I just talked about...

another good read from the developer's web site... http://www.clarustherapeutics.com/co...ormulation.htm
