Switching from Enanthate to Sustanon

Tim has been taking test e for 4 weeks 250ml per week and tims source is no longer available and Tim now switched to a new source who can only get sustan250 is it ok to start taking the sust immediately or when would be the best recommended time? Is there going to be any problems from switching from one to another? Is it that simple?

Is it mandatory to split or is that just for the added strength boost of the quick acting esters or does it actually balance your blood levels that much better?
