    saltines???

    ever since joining this site ive been motivated to eat better ive been eating greens , tuna , chicken, no pop no butter now sweets ect ect but when i choke tuna down i eat it on crackers so yes or no on saltines & if no any substitutes???

    I always had issues with tuna I used to use a little bit of mustard and just kind of force it down. I was told to try 2tbsp balsamic vinaigrette in the tuna and I have been eating it like this ever since, it's delicious and one of my favorite meals now. Give it a try and just work it into your daily macros.

    you'll have to work it into your macros, but i use mayo... it's pretty much egg whites and oil.

    it's funny. when i went to afghanistan, i was told to bring a six month supply of what ever i really needed as supply lines were problematic. so i shipped several cases of tuna. there at the end, i really had to force the stuff down. finally got down to my last can. couldn't eat it. ended up giving it to my three legged cat....

    damn did the cat take shrapnel or something?? i just ate hominy with the olive oil n it was good i thank you for that tip but it seems to have 14grms fat per table spoon this is ok?? And so its a no on crackers then i guess? and ill prob alternate between the mayo & balsamic vinaigrette cuz this tuna is rough after a bit .. thanks guys this is helping get me on the right track being big has been great but its time to slim up a lil n be healthy

    Just work the 14grams of fat into your macros, It's a healthy source of fat. Especially EVOO Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

    um macros yea gonna look that up as well to know the specifics of what my required macros are , ive always just ate whatever n worked out but i was always cutting wood , playing raquetball , smashed dirtbikes every day almost but alot of that has slowed down n i also find im eating alot of shit n drinking energy drinks n pop! i cut that crap out but now i gotta learn the diet
