i just did my winstrol only cycle (oral) ( yes i know should have added Test )

thursdays i did a 30 km giving 110 % of myself with friends (advanced riders ) im an intermediate rider the road has 2 big ass hills,
at the beginning i could only managed AVG of 23.5 km/h
and climb those hils at 17 km almost blacking out i had the strength but could not hold it for the entire hill
on week 2 i noticed allot more vascular and strength gains
avg stayed the same 23.5/24 km/h but that hill i could climb it at 20 km/h!!
week 3 no noticeable gains maybe was tired didn't rest good
week 4 avg shoot up to 26 km/h! and hill climb at 22.5 km/h
week 5 avg is around 28-29 km/h and hills are a constant 25km/h! the advanced riders tellme i improved allot i can keep up much better !
sunday i just won my first race !
i look completely different.. got lots of compliment from the girls that i lost more weight and look more muscular got some of the boys wanna try biking lol little do they know how much i train..
so winstrol is a GO! in my book i would do it again !
Questions
1.how much time should i stay off? im planning about another cycle in Oktober
2.if i add Test with it how much should i add? 500mg weekly? with 50mg ED (oral) and how long should the cycle be?
3.will my vascular,endurance and strength gains stay??
