I finally decided to join the community after using this site for quite a while to develop a wicked diet. I started lifting about 2 years ago when I decided that 130 lbs was an unhealthy weight for a grown man. I've since reached 175lbs using strict diet and a ton of gym time but I've been unable to pass that mark. Anyways, thanks for reading and I'm glad to be a part of the forums.
