    bulking and cardio?

    Alright guys i was wondering if i was doing too much cardio while i was bulking... or maybe if i could do a little bit more cardio to stay a little leaner. I just feel like i've been putting on too much ugly weight and i don't know asking some of the experts lol. Right now i do 30 min low intensity 125-130 BPM cardio eod i was wondering if that was too much or not enough. I'm getting a good amount of calories every day with about 3600cal and my TDEE is about 3100cal split over 6 to 8 meals a day... thank you for the help. My stats are 5'6 173lbs 23 yrs old

    My tdee (or even actual maintenance cals)is 2600 at about 10% bf. so, unless you are about 4% I suspect you gave well over estimated your own tdee.

    What is your bodyfat? When do you do your cardio, post lifting? Fasted?

    ^^^^ agree, seems like way to many calories for your stats.

    maybe a ****ed it up, job wise though i was the very active category my bf was at 9% before this mass building little stent i figure i'm at about 12-14% at the moment maybe i am trying to consume too many calories haha that would be a vicious mistake huh? gotta be a noob. The cardio i do is usually at night after i've eaten my last carb meal, pretty much cause it's convenient no other amount of time in the day i lift in the morning/ early afternoon.
