    size of needle that's best

Hey guys about to go shopping for my syringes for my first cycle in 10 years test prop, and was wondering what would be the best size for frequent jabs?

Also I'm small I have pancake booty and small delts lol ,well when compared to "big guys", so should i stick to 1 inch instead of 1.5?

    for me, depends on where
    glutes = 1.5 x 22 or 23g
    everywhere else 1.0 x 22 or 23g

    All 25g for me.

1.5" for glutes. 1" everywhere else.

    Ditto.
Try a couple of them and see what's most comfortable for you.

Never done it yet, but they all say 1.5", 23 gauge. Also, get some bigger ones to draw with, then switch to the 23 gauge to inject.

I prefer 23 gauge. Remember you don't have to have a shorter needle. you just don't stick it in as far. It's pointless buying different sizes for different body parts, just get 1.5"

It's crazy that 3 of these posts can pop up a day. It takes 2 seconds to read the newbie starter pack and find out all the info yourself. Then questions can be asked about more pressing issues!!

    23g 1.5" in glute
    25g 1" Everywhere else

Maybe on the desktop, but I'm on an android app they made for the site on my phone and the search results are almost always the same.

Gotcha!! If you have other questions scroll down the forum page first. It's crazy how many times a question you have was already asked that day. Scroll down and odds are you will find it!!

When I was first injecting I started on my delts and when they started to look like pin cushions I moved to the quads. I was using 1.5" needles everywhere and not having any issues. Then one day I had shaky hands and I think I did some minor tissue damage because my leg blew up. I really don't think it was an infection because there were no other issues and it went away entirely on its own. After that I switched to 1" needles and I never had a problem again.

I kept all the 1.5" needles and now I do use them sometimes on my glutes. Some people are just better at injecting than others. For me, moving to 1" needles definitely helped.

Also, utilize your glutes, its the best place to pin. If you have flexibility issues, lay down on your side and twist your hips, pushing your knee down toward the bed. You should be pinning in the outer part of the glute anyway, to avoid hitting the sciatic nerve.

Always rotate between glutes, quads, and you can throw delts in there too, if your are pinning 1ml or less. Anything over 1ml is not recommended for delts, unless you just have really huge delts. Either way, you should be pinning in at least 4 different sites, never hit the same site twice in a row.

I draw with 18 and push with 27. The 27g is a little hard to push with but causes the least bruising I find. I stick with glutes and quads....occasionally delts.

If you want to test your pain tolerance, try pinning your biceps or calves with your rig. Lmao!!! I did that twice. My biceps blew up.....but burned like hell! After pinning my calves I was limping for three days. I thought of pinning my traps to see if I could get them to swell up to a ridic size, but I was told it was not advisable.

Why is it bad to pin the same site twice in a row?

25g always! Unless you got some thick home brewed gear.
I use 1" on glutes and 5/8" delts and quads.
I am pretty lean so those sizes aren't for everyone. I have tried 1" on quads and delts but I get more PIP with that.

The main reason is scar tissue. Why would you want to keep pinning the same site?
