i carry a hand towel with me as well but prefer wearing hats so i dont gotta wipe my damn forehead in between every set. To each his own i suppose.

If I carry a hand towel, I always seem to leave it......they have a sanitation spray bottle and rag every 15ft at my gym so you can wipe down your sheet before and after you use it.
