sterilize bottles

has anyone ever tried to sterilize the bottle in the oven before starting with it? Obviously put a needle in to vent the hot airand keep it from exploding. I was thinking an hour at 250 could kill all of the nasty and prevent infections. Or maybe it would just destroy the product...its just oil and the good stuff though.

You have a good chance of destroying your product. You need to trust your source or just buy some sterile vials and re filter it.

conflicting answers! wtf! I still think heat wouldnt hurt it cuz i think they have to heat it to mix the oil and powder in the first place.
