what is the proper dose of hcg?

If taking test prop 8 weeks at 525mg a week what is the proper dose of hcg? Should it be taken through cycle and pct or just during cycle ?

Stop taking it the day before you start PCT.

I only use hCG when I need it. For me, it's a cosmetic drug. When my balls get to be the size of raisins it's time for a 5,000iu blast. That's pretty much how I run it. I might follow that with 1,000ius eod until I get the desired result. Running it at 250 or 500ius e/3-5 days aggravates gyno and makes me breakout bad. That said my protocol isn't advisable for someone that plans to go off. I'm on year-round.

Since i got both of you guys here Im going to ask on this thread. after this cycle pct and time off Im going to run one more 8 week cycle pct and after time off from that it will be next summer and i want to run a version of ronnies slingshot for the hole summer and take the winter off is this not a good idea and is recovery from that possible ? I want to compete in four years so i really have to push the limits in that time but also i need to be smart. your opinion is greatly appreciated.

So in respect to the slingshot if run for lets say 5 months then a strong pct and 5 months off would i lose most of my gains in the off time and revert back to where i would be genetically ? This is assuming proper training and diet are used. or would i keep the gains the same as a normal cycle?

to hard to say. Depends how big you are and what your body can carry not on steroids

You should also take into consideration, the slingshot method was not designed to recover from. Most generally you will just cruise on a TRT dose when you want to come off. This method of cycling should only be used by those that fully understand the likelihood of ending up on TRT. And in my opinion should only be utilized by those who intend to make a career out of being abnormally large, muscular & strong, like strongman competitors & Mr. O. hopefuls.

Speaking from experience ( and have mentioned in two other post this week) slingshot is hard to walk away from. Your constantly changing dosages and compounds your diet and training. 8 on 2 off. Not really off just low dose. It works. My god it works. But you see results continuously. If you don't you ask Ronnie he tweaks it for you and off you go gaining again. They are proven results. But with any type of addictive personality it's hard to get away from. My .02 and experience. My point is be prepared. Don't take it lightly.

Buffalo if you don't mind me asking did you recover after your run with the slingshot and how long was that run? And i am not planning on doing this anytime soon just really trying to learn in case i decide to in the distant future.

Buddy that's the problem. I'm still running it. Won't get into exact length but it's been a while. I have made a decession I will have to live with. That's why I am adamant don't go into this lightly.

Thanks for your truthful advice. i won't jump on the slingshot unless i am ready to make a career out of it. i work as a trainer now and i am in college for health and nutrition science starting September so i can broaden my knowledge and improve my current career so your comments will stay with me and i will remember the gain to risk ratio if i ever consider this path.
