    Up 33 lbs so far, rate my cycle. Test Deca Drol Tren Slin

    Just a little backround I was an all-american sprinter in high school, ran division I in college. Since I graduated college I've worked out for long periods of time off an on, when of usually due to lack of funds. Did my first cycle about a year ago, drol, anavar, test, deca, and tren, not all at once, for about 4 months. Went from 185 to 210. The problem was when i finished it coincided with switching jobs and I ended up not working out for about 8 months, I shrunk all the way down to 180 before I started my current cycle. after 9 weeks i weighed in today at 213. Cycle is below tell me what you guys think. Positive and negative feedback accepted.

    I have no idea. Any opinion based on that poorly written out schedule would be a guess.

    I think its way to much cycle for someone with so little experience especially with the lack of consist training before the cycle.

    Also are your numbers weekly totals?

    I don't have a lot of cycle experience but I have been an athlete my entire life so i do tend to snap back in shape pretty quickly although i did fall very far out of shape this time.

    Well it is a terrible cycle then. The doses are way off and you need to do some research.

    You are all over the place with your compounds and doses. How did you come up with this cycle?

    Training for years don't mean your ok to use advanced cycle which this is not back to basics research would have pointed you in the right direction......so research research research my friend!!

    175mg of dbol and 1000mg of drol? That's pretty messed up...

    Why not do a test-e + dbol OR a test prop cycle?

    After reading the cycle again it is quite a mess a you would have had great gains off a test dbol cycle providing your diet and training are spot on

    WOW that is possibly one of the worst cycles I have ever seen, how the hell did you end up doing all those compounds for a second cycle (and slin, are you nuts?) not only do y and youre not even in shape. you have far too many compounds and they are ALL being run incorrectly...

    You need to stop and run a full PCT

    If you gained 33 lbs from this cycle then either your diet was really bad before or 29 lbs of it is water weight.

    As for why I chose these compounds. I started with dbol, because my first cycle i used drol so wanted to see if i would like dbol better. I actually hated dbol and react way better to drol I think mostly because I have a health condition very similar to anemia where I produce less red blood cells than a normal person would that's why I cut the dbol after 2 weeks.

    I'm using test as a base because from everything I've researched and advice from some of my friends you always should especially with things like deca and tren (my girlfriend would kill me if I couldn't get it up.)

    I have the tren in because i reacted very well to it on the back end of my first cycle (i'm sure that's hard to believe lol), and because research showed that tren and drol together is a great mass strength/ mass stack which it definitely is.

    I added in the deca just to help out my joints which is has, when you add that much weight and strength in such a short period the joints kind of lag behind.

    As for the 33 lbs gained its obviously not all muscle I wish i took some type of test before i started and right now to now exactly how much i gained, i honestly look just as cut as i did when i started if not more cut though. I'd venture to say half of the gain is muscle but who knows. Also a lot of the weight was gaining back what I lost, even before i ever did juice fully in shape i was about 190 at my peak and I take in way more protein and carbs now. Especially with the slin I have no choice but to eat my ass off not taking any chances taking slin is risk enough.
    Right now I wake up on workout days take 10 units of humalin r IM followed immediately by a shake with 75g carbs/ 60 grams protein. about an hour and 1/2 later at work i have an everything bagel with 4 eggs and a bottle of apple juice. i work out about 6 hours after the first slin injection. After my workout i inject 15 units humalin r IM have a shake with 90g carbs/ 60g protein. 1 1/2 hours later have the same shake again. 1 1/2 after that turkey/grilled chicken sandwich and if necessary some soda usually sip on gatorade throughout the entire day and suck on jolly ranchers or something if I feel especially tired, the slin screams for sugar I try to keep it as clean as possible.

    Overall my max bench is at 405 which is where it was at the end of my last cycle, max squat is 600 which is where it was at the end of my last cycle but now i can do both properly with pauses at the bottom (i'm getting into competitive powerlifitng so focusing on proper form.) And my Deadlift is up to 455 which is 50 more pounds than i use to do gains can also be attributed to alternating grip and better form though too.

    What would anyone suggest as a good PCT for this cycle?
