    Keeping Gains

    I'm shortly starting a second cycle Test e 400mg ew for 12 weeks, d Bol 40mg ed wk 1-4
PCT nolva/ Clomid, HCG twice a week 500iu wk 4-13.
    I'm 28 5'10 200 lbs bf approx 15-16.
My first cycle was similar to this , made good gains, but I was unlucky afterwards with rotor cuff injury, massively affected training and didn't keep as much of gains as I would of liked.
I'm no expert, so my question basically is if I can avoid injuries ( Which were as a result of inexperience and bad luck last time, ) and if my diet is spot on and training post PCT is intense, realistically what percentage of gains can I expect / aim to keep

There is no way to put a number on it. Assuming you keep everything perfect the losses should be minimal.

Are you completely recovered from your injury?

Two steps forward, one step back. Almost impossible to hang onto all your gains. It's like inflating a balloon. When you go off the balloon looses some air.

Had physio and back in proper training, I'd say 90% recovered. Was partly my fault, first cycle got over excited and over confident with quick increases in strength, this time il be keeping it steady and intense. Don't want to risk 12 weeks work with little to show for it
