Is 250mg twice a week accurate?
Forgot to include my ststs.
40 yrs old. 5'10". 210lbs. Been lifiting since Febuary.
i wouldnt say there is a best dose. Depends what your goals and stats are. If your running something else.
but 500mg, is pretty much a standard dose
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
Just wanting to add some more muscle, the 500mg is 250mg twice a week, correct?
Also, is their a good steroid that only requires pinning once a week?
mate. hate to tell you this. please do not take steroids. you are very injury prone by doing so. Your muscles will respond nicely to the steroids. Your connective tissue will not. You will become stronger than your tendons and ligaments can handle, and without warning, something will give and you will become injured. It typically takes a couple of years to toughen up connective tissue
there is no magic pinning schedule.
for example, test e and c have and active life of about 2 weeks. the half life is something like 5 days. I pin test c/e only once a week. Not supremely ideal, but good enough for me. You can do the same if you like also. TBH, I don't feel any difference between pinning that semi weekly and weekly.

Are you pinning 500mg a week?
I should have been more descriptive in my earlier response. I have been lifting for several years off and on. I've been back at it since Febuary.

I'm in pretty good shape, with a muscular build (a bit to much fat though) I actually tried a cycle earlier this year but somehow contaminated the bottle so there went that. I recently found a new source and will be starting again in a bout a week or so.
I do agree with y'all on the tendon/ligament issue. I tweeked my elbow back in May. Slow and steady seems to be the proper protocol.
I was always told to pin it twice a week to keep your hormone levels as steady as possible.

I have in the past. but the dose is besides the point. whether it's 80 or 1000 mg/week, with c and e and a half life of 5 days or so, I can't tell the difference in blood serum levels by how it makes me feel whether weekly or semi weekly. so i just keep it simple and pin weekly saturday mornings
Sweet. Thanks for all the input guys, I think I'll start pinning 400mg ONCE a week and see how my body adjusts to that unless anyone see's a good reason not to do it this way.
