i find alot of times if im injecting my tri's in the middle of the injection it will have like a massive spasm or contraction. this happens to a buddy of mine as well pretty often.
any reason why? delts, bi's, legs never have this problem. Thanks.

There are a number of nerves that run under the deltoid, near the ribs, down the triceps. Your triceps are full of nerves. Shoot your delts, most of the nerves run beneath the major shoulder muscles so less chance of hitting one.
tri's? why pin such a small muscle which is easily overloaded?
you know pinning aas is not site specific
I've shot tris before. As long as you don't go over 1-1.5 ml and have some size to you, you really should be fine. I've pinning igf four times a week in tris and bis. It's not the most comfortable thing in the world, but in larger cycles sometimes rotation requires switching shit up. Try running a gram of primo and a gram test cyp a week. 15mls a week requires some creative rotation of pin sites.
i use bi's and tri's all the time. i dont go over 1ml and use a 25g 1inch pin
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
there for a while i was pinning 33x a week. granted, 21 of those times was SubQ peps....
when i pin my glutes, easily handle 5ml per injection.
calves was a mistake, i'll give you that. i overloaded with 1ml, sore, and red with swelling.
but again, if tri's are giving you problems, why continue?
Tri's are my favorite I do 2ml's to 2.5 and have no issues 25g 1 inch I use my arms a lot so absorption is good
I stopped pinning tri's because of that very reason, OP. Not sure why it happens in tri's and not anywhere else.
tri's are painless and hold 2ml oil for me cause i have monster arms. Im just curious what causes this, but the nerve thing makes sense. but i do find the scare tissue is piling up quicker in that area then doing top and side quads.
bi's never hurt either, actually maybe teh easiest site injection. and yes i know its not site specific
I stopped pinning my tri's after I accidentally injected in between the muscles and got a huge red lump for 2 weeks. Hurt bad. Now I stick to delta, lats, glutes, and thighs.
Pecs inside lower area will hold a good amount. Not many nerve endings. Lats will spasm. Traps easy if high enough. Calfs never. Quads least favorite. Tri large head only. Glutes and delts are basically scar tissue. There was a post tis week about sub q injections. Absorbs easy no scar tissue build up. May try this week. Just hate that pop with sub q.
