I was taught to lift one body part a day throw in calves a second time and forearms somewhere once a week
I dont know anything really different. I lifted with a couple of local pros when I was younger so I think this way is best btu I see people in the gym doing all different things each day.
Today I spent 20 minutes after my work out flipping a tire then hitting it with a sledge hammer then doing lite dead lifts. I am thinking about doing this after every workout because it def was like cardio
Just curious how everyone trains also.
