    Bloat or new gains?

    How can one be sure on a cycle whether he is bloating or if it's new muscle gains?

    Wel i would think that there will b a lil bloat on everyone but gains in the gym are a good way to judge.. if your bench goes up 50 lbs ya know then your makin gains

    I am 33 yrs
    Height 5'9"
    Weight 195 lb
    Bf not sure but around 20.
    I am running test C 400 and Tren H 150 per week
    Currently on week 2. Going to increase tren H dosage to 225 from week 3 and also adding Anavar 30 mg ed from week 3 till week 10.

    I have size gains already visible.. Bloat or muscle gain... Not sure!
    I wanted this to be a cutting cycle but seems I am increasing in size day by day.

    if your bf is around 20% is is very easy for you to get bloated and fatter. This is why we say to get down to 15% first
    it should be easy to tell if your bloated or muscle, unless you are carring alot of fat already.
    30mg of var is a waste
    you should be using an ai too
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    Long esters takes more water to break it down so there tends to be a little more water retention. Most BB who cut use a short ester like Prop. Same with the Tren, they use a short ester like Tren Acetate. The long ester takes about 4 weeks to kick in. Are you taking anything else like dbol? Now dbol will put water weight on you super fast. I gained about 25lbs in 4 weeks.

    Considering my body type I don't think I would ever reach 15% bf naturally.
    Can multiple cycles help me to reach the 15% mark?

    it has more to do with your diet. Steroids dont burn fat.
    even if you get there on cycle what makes you think you will be able to maintain it. You to get your diet correct. Anybody can reach 15%. It may just take some more time depending where you start at

    winny is not going to burn fat. You will only notice a physical difference if your already low bf.
    "cutting steroids" dont actually cut. They just dont hold as much water or dry you out a little. So people use them when cutting because they dont want to hold water.

    Just a thought... Correct me if I am wrong.
    With 20% bf Even though if I am bloating and make some new gains as lean mass.... Wouldn't the additional lean mass help me increase my metabolic rate thus helping me to cut down in the long run?

    there is no magic pill that you are looking for.
    you have to get your diet in check, it takes work and research, but you can get there.

    yes but you need to eat correctly to keep the lean mass once you come off cycle.
