Im personally a big fan of mayonnaise and find it great for mixing in with tuna to add some taste and help the the food from not being to dry. Its also a good source of calories when needing to keep those calories high while on cycle... but I read that some dont recommend using mayonnaise... why? Cause from what i understand mayonnaise is made up of mostly un-saturated fats (which are the good fats). When i run a cycle, mayonnaise is probably my main source of fat for me... right or wrong?
