    off cycle suggestions.

    all good things must come to an end and my anadrol/sust/tren ace cycle is over in 2 weeks. i have a perfect post cycle and my gains were more than satisfying (minus a strained tricep ligament... too much power )

    what im looking for is some suggestions on pro hormones....supplements.. whatever to keep me strong and gain back some of my loss from my post cycle before i jump back on in 3 months. i lose a lot of motivation off cycling and i figured there might be some stuff to keep my ego and lifts up. any and all suggestions welcome.

    one more thing, i stopped my tren 3 weeks shy of stopping my sust and im losing weight and some power.. is this normal considering im still juicing? im certain the sust is legit too

    ya im at 6k calories daily now and i figured id drop to 3000-4000 daily and lift just as hard... protein and creatine is my usual and it still isnt enough lol, my friend uses pro hormones while off cycling but i think messing with hormones while trying to fix them is a stupid idea...

    i would use ph's they are worse then most steroids

    why would you cut your calories by 2 or 3k?
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    24 years old, 5"9"" 192 lbs 6-7% bf sounds stupid but whats macros? lifting since i was 14 with a 3 year break

    and i figured without the juice 6k calories would make me fat reguardless of how hard i lift..

    and is it normal to lose some power when dropping one of the steroids? never stacked with different end times before

    But you want to maintain your gains. You should research macros and find your tdee for 192 lbs. Gotta ask about your pct plan also. If your 6-7 % bf I would like to see a pic.

    and hcg 250 iu twice weekly now on cycle and clomid/nolva for 18 days after my last sust pin

    i was 185 in the mma pic and prolly 180 in the other. no camera to go in the mirror rite now

    OK sooo ph's alone will actually shut down your system so if you take a ph off cycle you actually wont be cycling off giving your body recuperation which we all know leads to serious issues (trt/hrt) So its dumb and pointless to run a ph right after a cycle.. for that you might as well "cruise"... and to drop your calories isn't smart either... when coming off cycle if n e thing your gonna want to up your food intake to make certain your keep your gains feeding those new muscles you built... so id say standard pct and time off (time cycle+pct) and get bloodwork to see were your at then cycle again if blood works well and if you choose to... and don't drop your calories cause you'll prob lose more then you would if you kept at least the same calories while on cycle... ohh yea and short intense workouts is recommended as well while on pct
