    Clen/T3 stack advice

I'm stacking these two completely by themselves with out anything else.

I know this is a very powerful fat burning cycle.

I started this about 4 days ago and I haven't even hit my goal dose for Clen (100) and my heart rate was at 105 just sitting on my couch yesterday.

My question is do I lay off cardio or is it recommended and if so how is it recommended?

I honestly dont think i can do my normal cardio routine which is high intensity work outs.

    thoughts or suggestions?

Not only fat burning, but muscle burning too.
T3 will eat your muscle if you're not using AAS.

T3 is muscle burning, that's true, but compared to the fat loss it isn't too much. I ran both and got good results. I do cardio while on clen.

its recommended not to do hiit while on clen. besides, your fat burning zone is going to a much lower heart rate than achieved in high intensity workouts. try a long bike ride at a moderate pace 15-20 mph on a road bike. or some jogging. or swimming. just dont jack up the heart too much when its already stressed. Also the absolute most successful fat burning technique I have EVER used is circuit training. run a half mile on the treadmill, lift a body part or excercise, then run again, then lift, then run, and so on. The idea is to keep your HR up during your entire workout. It is incredibly effective at burning fat. Especially when performed while using a thermogenic such as clen, or a metabolism booster such as T3.
