Im not taking it my workout partner is.
Im going to search it now.
He just took two 20mcg tabs first dose.

I feel it soon after taking it. The feeling lasts all day for me but as the week goes on and the dose goes up, I get used to it and hardly notice it

Best way for me to put it is I feel very alert and ready to go. I also get slight hand jitters but it's only noticeable when texting.
