Estradiol is on the higher end of the reference levels, how to proceed?

I am 26 years old and it has been 2 years since my last cycle (I have done 3 cycles in my life). I have got bloodwork done and these are the results I am concerned about:

    Estradiol: 112,5 pmol/l reference values - 28-156
    Testosterone: 17,96 nmol/l reference values - 9,9 - 27,8

I would be seeing a doctor next week, but I also want to hear your opinion, because you have experience in this matter, and most doctor locally have little knowledge about AAS and their effects. Should I be concerned about the estradiol and how could I proceed to lower it?

they are both in range. I dont see anything to be concerned about.
    Do you not feel well?
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

People around me that have done AAS say that the estradiol should be in the lower part of the reference values, or at least under 100. So, I decided to check here and consult a doctor next week, as this could be absolute broscience. I also keep getting some acne, I thought it could be attibuted to high estrogen levels. Other than that, I feel fine, the rest of the blood work is ok, including FT3, FT4 and TSH test.
