    25 male 6'6 210lbs need advice!

    Hello,

    I am a 24yr old male 6'6 210lbs. I've just been at a struggle to get any bigger, I'm getting stronger but not any bigger. I am interested in doing one cycle of steroids but I don't want to get fat I want to be cut and a little bigger. My goal weight is around 225-235 kind of a basketball player body type. Any suggestions? Do you think if I do one cycle will be okay or will I need to continue doing them. Please help!

    Welcome to the board.

    I would recommend you get your diet fixed. Best way is to post your current diet details in the nutrition section and let the pro's critique it for you. They can give you a bulking diet.

    What's your training experience? Do you know your Body Fat % ?

    Hello,

    thanks for the reply. I eat chicken and fish daily plus my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and protein shakes on my lunch breaks. Thats really been my diet for awhile. I don't have any set-up diet. I do not know my body fat but i'd consider it low as i'm pretty lean. I've been working out since high school where i used to be 6'6 185 but I am a bit bigger now and much stronger but just can't seem to get over this hump and thats why I'm considering a push

    Well, I can tell you that you do not know how to eat. You really need to get that fixed.

    If you insist on a cycle, remember this... Steroids will do little to nothing if your diet isnt on point. Bulking and cutting is done in the kitchen, not in the syringe.

    That said...

    Test E @ 500mg Every week, pinned Mon/Thu (250 each day) week 1-12

    You will need an AI, so use adex @.25 EOD

    You will need PCT 14 days after last pin.

    Good luck and do more research.

    Also after this cycle and the pct cycle is done what do you suggest me to do on ward? Will i be able to maintain these results without cycling again?

    That depends. If you stay dedicated with a proper diet, you could keep most of the gains. Realistically, you can keep 60% of the gains. So if you gained 20 lbs, expect to keep 12.

    Yes I agree my diet is not serious but I will focus more on that. Thanks for your help now I know the direction to move forward in and research about.

    I agree with the replies to this thread.

    Whatever that is worth.

    That looks like my first cycle and it helped me a lot... But think of it like this; how much do a few bottles of test weigh? If you think that they have magical weight-creating powers, they don't. It's a law of physics. That's where diet comes in.

    Okay I will try to alter my diet first and see what gains I can get first. You have any resources on where I can get a diet plan. I just moved out so moms cooking is no longer available lol If I can find something to help lead me in right direction I have no problem doing so.

    Just have a look in the diet section and post a thread asking for advice on a good clean bulk.

    But you gotta stick to it!!

    Agree with all above. Add hcg during cycle though.
    Nutrition forum for a year first. You'll be amazed what you can accomplish at your age with proper diet/training.
