HMG is a better option to increase sperm counts because it's a synthetic lh and fsh signal. Clomid/Torem are used for fertility, proviron has some research into increasing sperm and hcg is used in male fertility but most likely by getting the testes functioning.
Hmg is a great option but relatively expensive. But this depends on why you are looking into it and if talking cycles, most guys find increased seamen volume with clomid.

Well I've Tooken a cycle before and I've noticed after my cycle my sperm count is low, I used to cum alot, and now after my cycle is like I am shooting blanks lol Iam planning on doing 1 more cycle but I wanna know what I can take to increase my sperm count and my sex drive so as soon as I am done with my next cycle I can get on that.. It sucks compared to before..

If you run a PCT that consist of Clomid, Proviron and Nolvadex or Toremifene your sperm count and quality should increase.
Also, make sure you will be running a low dose of HCG for your future cycles.

I thought running high dose is better? Wouldn't the hcg get bad? If it is stored for a while, Becuase my source gets me a 5000iu , so how can i do that? I was thinking of injecting 2500 one week and 2500 another week.. And iama Defenetly try proviron with clomid and hcg. What is the best dosage? For a pct, and should I take proviron while on cycle ? If so how much, and how often

correct, clomid will give you bigger loads. But again there is no way to tell sperm count unless you go to a lab. Or you gargle it and spit them out 1 by 1
