I've never used steroids and this is my first time on this site. Right now I am 5'11" and 170lbs and about 16-17% BF. I've been working out naturally for about 6 months and have gained 10 pounds. I didn't check my BF before working out but it appears i have gained some fat. I'm sick of all this time with little results and would like to know if any of you have any advice for a first cycle. My goal for now, which I would be more than happy with, is 180 and 12% BF. currently I am 170 lbs (141 lbs lean), and to get to 180 and 12% i would have to be 158.4 lean. i've already got a problem with too much chest and belly fat, and i am stuck between gaining or loosing right now. One more thing, I dont want to take an overwhelming amount of steroids and don't want it to be extremely obvious to my friends and family that i will be on steroids. Also, how much of the results can i expect to keep after I stop taking steroids, thanks.Any suggestions or advice is appreciated
