Advise on cycle

Well I have test 400, and deca 450..

What pct should I use? An what dose ?
Also should I add proviron as an anti ester.. Or any other choice ?

Iama do the test 400 on Monday and deca 450 on Thursday, for 10 weeks..
Need help on what pct and how to do a right pct for this cycle.
