ya i got my protein alright around 1,5 to 2 grams, that's ok understood, i am watching it, milo sarvec's seminar
i can setup my diet at this ratio, but the only problem i am having is that when i count my calories from carbs, protein and fat put together, it comes 700 calories short of my tdee, hope i am not confusing u?
? when i count your calories from macros--im get 4360..thas where those numbers at the bottom come in
4 grams (multiply by pro) 4*340=1360
9 grams (" by carbs) 9*300=2700
4 grams (" by fats) 4*75=300
totals here are 4360 cals aday if you follow this diet...so yourr TDEE is at 3960--with my way it creates a surplus or bulk phase--we need to cut. so i wod take off more than the initial 300, and try 600 or even go with your number that was close to 800--4360-800=3560--that way ull be at a deficiet of 400 calories thus putting you into the cutting zone. do you follow me?
