blast and cruise doses

Sup fellas. .I am considering a blast and cruise next with deca sustenon and hopefully var, ,, now I want to know how many blasts usually are done. And does 1 cruise with deca also because of the wait before it kicks in...how many weeks consists of a blast and the same for cruises. Next when does one take pct? ?? Just at the very end?? 3 cycles under my belt for those that might ask my history..

A blast cruise is more of a TRT thing so you don't really worry about pct

i cant seem to find what a blast or a cruise is. i could take a pretty good guess but could someone chime in and explain exactly what it is?

A cruise you run a min amt of test. Such as a TRT dose. 150-250 for x amy of weeks. Then you blast run a large amt 500-1000 mgs per week for a longer amt of time. You do this over and I've. Very similar to the slingshot method. It works but cost a toll and any type of full recovery. That's why it's a preferes method of people on TRT.

Under the slingshot method that Capebuffalo has mentioned it works as such. BLAST = 8 week DELOAD or CRUISE = 2 weeks at TRT dosage such as 250mgs. But, a more advance person running higher amounts of product would cruise at say 500mgs, what I cruise at. I also suggest you stick with the test you are using during your cruise. Read up on Ronnie Rowlands sticky at the top of the forum page, will have enormous amounts of knowledge.
