    Vacation mid-cycle

    I am planning my first cycle to begin sometime in August. Was going to do Test C 200-250 2x/wk for 12 weeks. The only problem is, I have a vacation planned to Italy for 12 days in October. I will have access to a gym for 3-4 of those days (hotel), but will go a minimum of 6 days without a gym (staying in a villa on the coast). How detrimental will it be to go anywhere from 7-11 days without a gym during weeks 7-9 of a 12 week cycle. i really don't want to wait until the end of October to begin.

    I am on TRT and have a scrip so I can travel with it and continue to pin, so only problem is not being able to work out. Thoughts?

    Wait. You would either have to start-stop go on vacation. Start again or risk taking it with you. My advice wait to run it when you get back. Maintain your training and diet as best you can while on vacation.

    I could keep taking the Test, i just wouldn't be able to lift. If I were to take the test but eat at maintenance for those 11 days, I realize I probably wouldn't gain muscle during those days, but would it undo the gains from weeks 1-8 and prevent me from making gains in weeks 10-12?

    Is there any benefit to an 8-9 week cycle of Test C?

    No not at all, if anything the week off may do you some good, allow any myostatin build up to disperse, but you wont lose any gains and can continue to gain afterwards provided you eat

    aslong as your diet stays in check not lifting for a couple days won't hurt, intact if you take a week off lifting, when you hit it hard again you'll be nice and fresh kinda like a deload or slingshot effect.

    Good to know! I need to take the Test with me right? Also, will make any difference what weeks of the cycle I stop lifting for 10 days? I can wait until late August or September to start, I just don't want to wait until late October.
