Hey Guys
I've finally decided on my first course and I'm planning to start in about 3 to 4 weeks. I'm going to run 250mg of Sus a week starting with my first jab on Sunday and then every 7 days. I eat a clean diet, do cardio twice a week and train 5 days a week.

I was going to run Nolva about 3 weeks after my last jab.
Any advice would be appreciated.
