    Leg workout

    IM partially paralyzed can't feel the backs of my legs. Today is leg day. I can't do hamstrings or calf raises and no reg squats. I use the leg press machine and work up to 720 for 6 reps. The leg ext machine hurts my shins so I lower my feet on the press machine and get the same burn. Any ideas on what else I can do? I have no balance so squats are out. Maybe could try smith w very light weight but is that worth it? Should I just overload on what I'm doing ?

    Are you able to do hack squats?

    Smith machine lunges?
