What would be the best workout for me. I started at 5'10 164lbs 4 months ago and am now at 184.
I'm doing an Upper/Lower workout
up-low-day off-up-low-day off- day off- restart
Upper is all 3 sets, 6-12 reps
Lower is all 3 sets, 4-16 reps
UPPER:
- Dips
- Bench press
- Pullups
- Rows
- Shrugs
- lateral raises
- Ez bar curl
- chest press machine
- shoulder press machine
LOWER:
- Leg press
- Calve raises
- Deadlifts
- leg extensions
(also play soccer now, Used to add High intensity stationary bike)
Also do a 10-15min ab workout on Lower day.
What do you guys think? I'm definitely wanting to change it up. And I seen others with upper 1- upper 2 and same with lower.
