would it speed up my fat loss to have 1 or 2 days a week where i drink/eat nothing but zero carb isopure? basically a day of just quality protein and BCAA's. It sounds weird but I can't see it not helping.

Im not sure whether it would speed it up or not but i know i wouldnt do it.
I wouldnt want to do that, also never heard I that,
AILD is sick though
If you wanna do that look into carb cycling. Whole foods are always gonna be the better option.
My father, years ago, wouuld go on a 30 day fast, and eat nothing but pre digested protein (liquid) and a pre natal vitamin. Typically, he would lose 30+ pounds during that time. However, he wasn't a weight lifter, so this diet is not advisable.
I think u would be shutting down one important phase of your diet, which is digestion, the metabolism increases when u digest solid whole food making the muscle of your stomach work a little harder to process the food besides giving you the feeling of being full, I don't think ther's much short cut when it comes to dieting.

Obviously your calories will be lower than usual, so in that, it will help. However, you can just as easily eat a more balanced diet on those days, and reduce the overall calories.
No just a lot of hospital dieticians and health food stores customers.
