A buddy of mine bought a chip for his x-box and fried it when trying to install it somehow. He bought both a new chip and a new box and now it works great. I can't remember the name of the chip but they are easily found on the web. I'll see if I can get the name from him.

i just do xboxes, ps2s are a little tougher and have more wires. email me for details.
