    First cycle. Test en/Tren en, var/clen, clen

    Just want some thoughts on this first 4 month cycle. Going on vacation in november, just looking to pack a few pounds of lean muscle. Will post before pics after work.

    Stats:
    22 y/o
    175lbs
    15% bf

    Bench 160lbs
    Squat 180lbs
    Dead 190lb

    (I know im taking the easy way out, whatever.)

    July/Aug:
    250mg test en/150mg tren en every 3 days(1ml)

    Sept
    80mg var ed/clen yet to decide

    Oct
    clen yet to decide

    PCT novaldex 20mg/day starting immediately.

    Starting diet:
    3268 calories
    1663 calories protein/fat
    1605 calories carbohydrates

    6 meal.

    W/O Regime to start:
    chest/tri
    back/bi
    10km jog/core
    quad/calv
    ham/shoulder
    10km jog/core
    3km sprint

    Been easing myself back into shape, had a pretty long absence from the gym.

    It should be test only if this is your first cycle, you should have a stronger pct and also be 25, not many people will give you any advice at all as really you are to young to take steroids..

    It is something I'm going to so any help is appreciated. For sept I'm going to do 40mg var ed and I'm trying to decide on a test. I'm thinking test prop at 400mg/week. For oct I'm going to go 60mg var ed/100mcg clen ed(might end up being 6 weeks worth). I'm pretty set on that, just unsure on the test.

    As for pct, I've been told and read many things. What I'm closing in on is 20mg nov/week during cycle, and then go with the 6 week pct posted in the pct forum. Should that 6 weeks start at the end of test use or end aas completely(first week of nov).

    Again, any help is appreciated.

    Don't touch steriods at your stage/level yet,
    You need to learn how to achieve your goals by diet , I know this isn't what you want to hear and from the sounds of it your aren't interested I'm what's right only what you want to hear.

    As far as my current results go.. I'm two weeks in tomorrow. 5 injections of the tnt400 which have went smoothly. No signs of acne. I'm up 6lbs from start weight. My diet has been impeccable. The biggest thing I've noticed is muscle recovery time is through the roof. I will take a picture tomorrow to compare with day 1.

    As originally posted, I have been doing 20mg/day of nov. Is this really needed? As in my previous post I've recently been told 20-40mg/week is sufficient. Again, some thoughts on this would be appreciated.

    To be completely honest, you're right. I know what I'm doing is taking the easy way out and I'll be the first to admit it. I'm going on a trip in november and I'm trying to do everything I can to be in the best shape possible when the time comes. First and foremost is my diet, and it truly is impeccable. I'm on a program ran by bodyby24-7.com and if you look through their site, you can see they have trained some high level athletes. A big part of the aas is to keep me motivated, something I haven't been able to do for a while and to be honest I have felt exuberant since starting this plan at the beginning of the month.

    Anyway, I'm not going to sit here and defend my actions. I'm looking for help to steer in the right direction(even though it seems the majority will believe I'm already heading backwards), and not make any more mistakes. If being 3 years older will change the direction you give as far as dosages, then maybe I can get some people willing to help. If not, I'll have to get the info myself and use my own judgement.

    And its nice to see a community that is concerned about others well being. I am a stubborn prick, and maybe I will have to learn the hardway that what I'm doing is wrong. It is something I am commited to for the time being.

    And if anyone is wondering on my diet..
    (All cooked weights)
    20oz chicken breast
    2cups of brown rice or 14oz potato
    6oz shredded wheats
    14oz skim milk
    2cups spinach
    2cups mixed veggies
    1 tortilla
    120g/whey
    1 banana
    1cup yogurt

    That is what my 6meals/day consist of. No added salts/spices/sugar any garbage. I allow myself 2 cheat meals/10 days.

    Your doing a test and tern first cycle at your age and stats all because your going on holiday. For god sake do you have any idea what your doing or the damage you could receive? If your not concerned about your health I really don't know why I'm bothering answering or trying to help. Best of luck you'll need plenty of it.

    At 22 with your stats your not ready in my opinion but i cant hate bcuz my first cycle was test and tren also. I think your doing to much and without a solid base you will lose it all just as quick as u put it on. But if u want advice drop all but the test and tren and run it for 12 to 14 weeks. With a good diet and cardio (which will be hard with tren) you can get in shape.

    Good luck doin a 10k run on tren. As for taking the EZ way out... Ur a *****, whatever. No need to post B4 pics.
