any weighted exercise will build mass, weighted crunches, cable crunches, weighted hanging leg raises etc but IMO the best way to bring them out more is to drop bodyfat

I do pretty much all of them plus tons of cable work we go tons of machines for abs in the gym I use the 25kg plate and stake the cables
Do you include any lower back work to isolate the muscles above the glutes? Tightening these muscles will pull back on the abs and obliques giving your abs a more defined look. I usually do 4-6 sets at 20 reps holding a 45lb plate on back extensions.Originally Posted by Get hench Die Trying

if you dont know barbell roll out then have a look on youtube, start on knees and work your way up to doing it from fully upright and bent over the bar, not the best explaniation but you will see in the vidoes.....
