im currently cutting for a contest and was planning on doing am cardio pm weights but now due to
my work i wont be able to fit in am cardio. starting work at 6am. gym opens at 6am.
my question is what is the view point on cardio meal then maybe 23 hours later go back
to the gym for weights(i live 2 blocks from my gym)
the reasoning behind this is when i get home i have about an 1.5hours before my next meal so i was going to get home
go to the gym for 40 mins cardio bit of abs/core come home have that meal then go back to the gym hour 2 hours later.
i was looking at weights then cardio but wanted to scope this idea out first.(i have seen evan cento phil heath & jay do it so i thought there maybe some method to the madness)
